Payment:

Shipment/Returns/Claims:
We try our best to describe our models in the best way. Feel free to ask any further questions/measurements etc.
As we ship to you directly from warehouse in Kathmandu, delivery can take up to 5 days from placing orders. Customers are welcome to return the item, should you not be satisfied, but return postal costs is on customers cost and should be returned to out warehouse here in Kathmandu. Therefore please ask all necessary questions - we are here to help and guide you.
Refund:
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return it. Return adress is in Kathmandu. Pls contact us for further details. We will refund you the whole cost of product plus shipping if you should wish to return your purchase, but postal cost to return the item, lie on you the customer.
Quality:
Our products are all hand made , so slight difference are expected. We try to keep a high standard but as these are items made in hand, small imperfections will appear.
We refer customers to our F&Q's regarding how to wash and remind you that we can offer repair unit in Europe but no due to wrong use of washing method.
Postal Costs:
Shirley Bredal KTM do not charge full shipping cost from sending from Kathmandu. To Denmark postal costs are DKK (11 Euro) .
Other EU/Non-EU countries shipping costs are : 150 DKK (20 Euro).
Bigger orders, above 2000 DKK, please contact us for precise cost of shipment.
